B. Which is why they placed so many limits on federal power in the Constitution. Did you know that Congress has only 18 inumerated powers? This puts both the Republican Party's recent actions and nearly everything the Democrats, who are practically socialists, do at odds with Constitutional Law. Frankly neither party is getting on my good side, but at least the Republicans are willing to fight to defend us from people who just plain want us dead or in slavery.
