Vince has the answer right under his nose, but his ego is too big to let him see it. He should give Paul Heyman control of the booking. When Heyman books WWE programming, the end result is usually very good.
Heyman was able to create a very dominant wrestling federation, even with WWF and WCW constantly taking away his talent. In fact, some would argue it was the tumultuousness of the ECW roster which made ECW's product so good. You -never- knew what would happen next.

large question. for my area, i believe Vince made wrestling as an complete higher and extra publicized. sure, WWE is his product and he tries to make the employer as more advantageous as he probably can, yet WWE replaced right into a seed for far extra to go back. at the same time as the promoting got here about contained in the 50s, the game of wrestling wasn't massive in any respect. there replaced into Freddie Blassie and some different names, yet that replaced into enormously a lot all. at the same time as the WWE (or because it replaced into then, WWF) somewhat got here a large element around the overdue 70s/early 80s, more and more human beings began getting the note and tuning in. the employer were given so massive, different businessmen began taking note, and determined that the WWF needed some competition. quick ahead two decades or so, and also you've were given the beginning of TNA and ROH, both greatest threats to WWE immediately. So with out a WWE, there probable does no longer be a TNA or an ROH, and with out those 3, there maximum in all possibility does no longer be any wrestling. So did Vince McMahon make wrestling as an complete higher? sure. He began his own little element, yet each and every thing purely snowballed from there.

Problem with waiting til Vince goes away is that Steph and HHH will be in charge. I would feel more hopeful if Shane would, but he isn't interested in taking over the wrestling side of things. Steph is the heir apparant in that way, and unfortunately her in charge of things would prolly mean more of the same.
Yes, Vince should bring in people to make things fresher and creative, but that only works if Vince stays out of things and stops imposing his own views on how things should be... and he can't do that because his ego won't let him.

Yes i totally agree. Its about time wwe changed. Who couldn't have guessed kenny was going to interfere in the 8-man tag man recently on raw. Eric bischoff did make raw interesting when he first came. But it only lasted a few months. I really can't see anyone changing wwe drastically. Unless somehow good ol' J.R runs wwe.

And fire his daughter? The VP of creating the storylines? We'll have to wait until she gets bored with it or he decides he's had enough and pay an assistant to write for her.

He actually has a great staff. He should just let those people do their job and get out of their way.
