When I was a kid I would see how far I could go underwater while holding my breath. I used to go to the local swimming pool every day in the summertime. It may take a couple months of trying, but I got my time from a few seconds to almost 3 minutes.

ask mythbusters lol. i'm ganna go out on a limb the following and say NO. I dont imagine extend preserving your breath till you bypass out might want to help amplify your iq. think about lack of oxygen to the mind authentic.. yet that's reality. it truly is likewise incontrovertible reality that lack of O (oxygen) isn't like lack of blood, yet remeber blood needs to carry the oxygen to the accurate. and that i'd visit some distance to say that preserving your breath expands your blood vessels different smart your hollow body will boost in length because your body also needs the oxygen too. Your eye balls fantastically choose oxygen. final your eyes will reason your body to extract oxygen from them. i'd say for this to change into even remotly achievable or have any type of shot to reality will be that to coach your body. carry it for a particular era and then practice it lower back. . i somewhat doubt that this can amplify your iq. also bloodflow doesnt nessisarily recommend more effective IQ. It purely ability your reasoning and reaction time ought to were inproved a touch.
