How about the heroes?
My ideas for my own villain might be someone who has to have a weakness, who is always into other people's business, and is jealous of the hero's attributes. He wants to be ruler of the world over night and can't. He is handsome, but has bad breath and bad manners. Everyone who is his friend befriends him for his father's wealth. He has a sixth sense, but uses it to do bad things.
The hero is the girl he falls in love with, but she detests him for his bad manners. Bad breath can be cured, but bad behavior is a learned trait that can take a life time to unlearn...

yeah I got lots of ideas but I don't use them all I hate villians or scary stuff -however I would be a good horror writer.lol-- uses past experiences, ad on to ur favotites, ur mom ,dad , brother sister Aunt etc..take the worst of everyones personality whatever comes to mind.
