Because people everywhere have sex, and prostitute etc.. in the other countries where people dont use condoms, birth control, etc how come a lot of them don't get pregnant?

maybe exchanging sex partner is not practice by the country..
Less sex, less pregnancy... unless they find other easy way to get pregnant
