1. Try not to think about it, take a break and do some relaxation exercises: get a massage, meditate, watch some mindless televison for awhile.
2. Get some fresh air for awhile to rejuvenate yourself.
3. Talk out your feelings with someone else, talk about what you want to write about, brainstorm. Listening to your thoughts out loud may trigger something.
4. Just start writing about anything and see if that removes the block.

It's really random that you are asking for four strategies.
