Yes. All you need is the determination and will power to learn what you have to in the class. That is for any class. I would encourage you to think about going back for your GED or high school diploma if you haven't yet. . .and then on to college. . .it is not hard. All you have to do is take it one day at a time, get through one class at a time and before you know it you have a degree, a good job and people think you are a genius and all you did was stick it out to the end . . .

we still do use chalkboards or white boards. however, when it comes to assignments and projects we pretty much do almost everything on the computer by typing them up,making presentations, etc. in some universities and colleges also, they have a website where the professors can upload announcements and course materials for the students. some professors also prefer their students to send hw online. some still like on paper better though. in my high school though, we dont have that kind of luxury because i went to a public school but we still do get assigned papers and such which has to be typed. there are also computers in the library. it did change, and its just so much easier with a computer. with google! lol early 90s isnt that long ago, but i must admit the technology has long evolved since then. makes you wonder what's going to happen ten years later...=]

Yes. Some community centers offer free classes and some schools offer classes for pay that don't require college of high school diploma.
Check with your local library. They may have some kind of class as well or be able to direct you further.
Hope this helps.

yes, many colleges have continuing education departments, and they offer computer literacy, and even computer technician courses. You must understand though they are continuing education credit and cannot be used to get into college or get college credits. It gives you information and or a skill, many programs give certificates.
