Can you sue a nurse if they blow your vien when you are giving blood?

No you can't. Now quit trying to get rich off people and get a job. I suspect you weren't giving blood, but rather you were selling plasma. Some one with the heart to give blood would not sue a nurse for something as trivial as blowing a vein. You are not injured you spineless twit.

That would be ridiculous. You shouldn't even be annoyed. And you'd have to prove that she deviated from standard care (blowing a vein is a completely normal and common complication) and that you suffered a significant injury as a direct result. That you suffered a complication is a part of life. Get over yourself.

Lots of circumstances can lead to blown veins. I am sure this was unintentional. If you start suing people for something as trivial as that, no one will want to be a doctor, nurse, paramedic, etc., anymore. Who will take care of you then, your lawyer?

That's a question for an attorney. If you have any kind of permanent damage that causes disability, then yes. If it just hurts for a few days, then no attorney will take your case. You have to have some kind of significant damage.
