The only way we can know the world, is from our point of view; we can never see it any other way. What we call truth, can only be about what we know, from our point of view.

It's saying that what people think about the world may not be how the world actually is.

The ideas that people have about the world, and the world itself are not necessarily the same.

Our description of the world is just our opinion not actually factual of what it is.
