Would Adobe photoshop be the type of program to use to create my own moving Animations? I want to take a tv clip and make it into an Animated graphic icon.

You Can to do that :
1-Play by video in video .
2-Create Plays .
3-Create Greater Movie .
4-Do like what you dreaming for .( but you're dream must be not 3d ).
5-Windows Mobile .
6-And on all that Adobe merge with Macromedia that tell us about
the Power you have it when you used Adobe photoshop with Flash .

im not sure what the courses are yet i think of they'd hav used 2 distinctive ones bcuz Hayoa miyazaki san lively it, and then studio ghibli restored it or w/e with sumthing else to characteristic the dub and edit factors of the action picture.
