um, everything but the reusing part is normal for a young curious guy. So what if you make a mess...clean it up...it washes right out...it's not going to leave a stain or anything as long as you clean it up right away.
you'll probably get bored with the condom play soon anyways and discover the naked hand feels best, with perhaps some lotion or baby oil.
Definately use them with a real experience though. I've got more than 1 std from a partner that swore beforehand they never ever had any std's, etc. People lie all the time about that stuff, or there wouldnt be nearly the problem.
