While a gorilla's head is comprised mainly of water, it doesn't have the same melting point as water does. If this were true, then at 32 degrees Fahrenheit Gorilla's heads would melt. However, most, if not all, Gorilla's live in weather that is hotter than 32 F but we don't have Gorillas walking around with melted heads. One would then assume that their heads would melt at a much higher temperature. When a human body is cremated, the body doesn't melt, but rather burns up. This means that the human body is very durable, and so it would follow that a Gorilla's would be too.
So, theoretically, there is a temperature at which a Gorilla's head would melt. However, it is a very extreme temperature that is not normally experienced by Gorilla's. I'm afraid that nobody will ever find out the exact answer to your question, though, because there wouldn't be a reason to melt a Gorilla's head in the first place.

I don't know where they're getting off saying 32F. It's much higher. Hell, down here in the South, it gets around 90F during June and I don't see melting heads. Primate heads probably melt at 32C. I'd say 232F.
