Drop your middle name and make your maiden name your middle name legally - so you'd go from "Jane Ann Doe" to "Jane Doe Smith".
What you use professionally (except on your tax paperwork for you SS and W-2) is up to you. You can have people call you whatever you want at work - just have that name on your business card, etc. It's the same as if your first name was Christina, and everyone knew you as Tina, even thought that wasn't your "legal" name.
I would advise against being Jane Doe-Smith. It seems silly, but people don't know how to file hypen names and you would not believe how many times your paperwork/info. will get lost.

You may have some problems down the line. I had my income tax refund kicked back initially because of my name. Some times I use my middle initial. Other times I was using my maiden name as an initial. The Social Security Administration insisted that I only use one legally. It is a Homeland-security type issue. They don't want people to have an "alias".

Celebs do it all the time. Theres no trick to to it really. Just use your maiden name for business but all legal documents, checks etc have married (legal) name. Example Cathrine Zeta Jones is married to Mike Douglas yet she uses Catherine Zeta Jones for work! Jennifer Lopez is Jennifer Lopez when her legal name would be Jennifer Anthony!

Well legally, you'd change your name to your husbands, if that's what you want. You can ask them about the professional name... they'd probably know. You might just be able to do it at work. Or possibly hyphenate it.

You may be able to use both names but fileing taxes would be very confusing.
