Gluteus maximums, gluteus medius , gluteus minimus are the three muscles in your butt. Have a muscle expert determine what muscles are under developed. Then target a work out plan to develop the area. Good nutrition based on your metabolic rate will diminish any cellulose build up. Be real! Surgery should only be used as a last resort. A good trainer & nutritionist can see your body ideal and are worth every cent. Health is a life style. Love yourself! The real deal is always more satisfying=0)

There is actually such a thing, BUT, I used to have the flattest butt too (genetics as well), and I actually had mine lifted, and it made it fuller! The plastic surgeon said implants weren't necessary with a lift..it was hard to believe until it actually happened and I saw results. It wasn't painful either like I am sure the implants would be.
Hope this helps!

yes you could get implants if you want to pay for surgery and go through the pain/recovery of it ... you can also buy undergarments with padding attached (similar to gel/padded bras) ... temporary but a lot cheaper and less painful - may be a good way to experiment to see if it's really what you want

there really are butt cheek implants. I got mine two years ago. unfortunately, i wasn't able to sign where they needed to be implanted and there was a mix up in the paper work. they put the cheek implants in my face. now i look like a squirrel with a bunch of nuts in its mouth.

I've seen it done on a plastic surgery television show. It is pretty weird.
