I pushed something on my computer to make all my letters and numbers real small. I can hardly read anything. Tried pushing ctrl would not work. Help . Thanks so much

on the desktop, right click
select "properties"
Click the "appearance" tab...adjust screen resolution to make sizing to your liking

Are you refering to the desktop? If so you just need to reset the screen resolution:
Right click on your mouse --> go to Properties to open the Display Properties box --> Click on Settings --> Under Screen resolution, move the bar to 1024x768. I think that is the average resolution now a day. If everything still look too small, then try setting it to 800x600.
But if the problem is not with the desktop and this happen while you're in a program such as Acrobat Reader, then just do Ctrl + or - to maximize or minimize.

I am not sure if the text going small is for the whole PC, or just your browser, but I will try to tackle both.
If you are using Internet Explorer do the following...:
Click View> Text Size > Medium
If the whole PC has tiny text and numbers, then do this...:
On the desktop, Right Click your mouse button, and select Properties. On the dialog box that pops up, select Appearance tab, set the font size to "Normal".

If you're referrring to the displayed font size in your browser, try holding down ctrl and then hitting the '+' on the keypad. You can also hold down ctrl and roll the mouse wheel back and forth to increase or decrease the size.

I've done this before too. Push CTRL and the + sign to make the type bigger. CTRL and the - sign makes it smaller.

in case you have a mouse with a suitable click, left click and button in the a center, attempt urgent "CTRL" while you progression the button back, this could make the font bigger on the internet. in case you stick to the comparable steps and circulate the button forward, your font will become smaller
