sounds like seasonal blues.... My daughter went through that, she went to the doctor and he told her she needs more daylight . She works afternoons so she slept most of the day. I started waking her earlier than she would normally get up and getting her to do little odd errands for me. I noticed that with in a month she was acting different and getting up early, hanging out with friends and getting a social life again. that may be your case.

I personally think that it depends on how old you are and if you are male or female? Female and age could mean hormones. Male hormones or overwhelmed

Sounds like you need to make yourself go out and find hobbies and friends. You are depressed, maybe it is this time of year.
