Any recommend of good restaurant or places for Christmas dinner in KL?

I prefer a restaurant which is romantic and suitable for couple...Not so noise and don't need to wait for a long time for food...The restaurant also have to provides delicious cake...

Kaiserslautern Germany? There are some excellent restaurants on Michel's Platz, but being Germany they will be closed.

look for an upscale buffet, something like an "Old Country Buffet", or a "Golden Corral"
