Why do people still have to ask this question by for McDreamy is hotter. His looks are amazing then you can even throw in the fact that he is a nice guy. I mean do you know a guy that would give you up even if he is head over heels in love with you ust so you would be happy? I think not. And the fact that McSteamy is an asshole makes him very unattractive, I mean how many people has he slept with seriously. So I have to say McDreamy is the hotest there is on the show!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait until January 4th when he comes back!
