Ear buds, around the neck, behind the ear, jellied buds....

I have a Sansa e260 and am new to the MP3 player. The headphones that came with it do not fit in my ears and give me a headache. Any suggestions on what type of headphone I might be looking for?

My farvorite earphones are the foamy, earbud types. They come with different size attachments to fit your ear canal, and they block out all outside sound. Not to mention, they sound amazing. The bass is booming, the high notes are clear, and they don't fall out when you run or hurt your ears after wearing them for several hours. They are also very inexpensive!

You would think with the money an MP3 player costs, they could give you some decent earbuds that don't pop out of your ear every time you move. iPod ones are no good neither are Creative. I got a set of the gel ones & they stay in pretty good using the largest size of 3. Cost $12.99 & I see no difference in the sound at all.

Philips makes a nice pair of behind-the-head sport headphones for about $15. The model number is SBC HS500. Very good sound quality at a low price.

Buy cheap ones and try them for fit.

I usually go to the local bargain shop and buy 10 ear buds and throw them out when they fail. This still turns out cheaper than even moderately priced alternatives and the sound quality does not impact me because I listen on a train or other noisy environment.

Since my favorite use for my iPod is travel, I'm going to say Bose QuietComfort headphones. Even books are perfectly audible. I hate the buds that come w/the iPod but not enough to go buy a new pair (yet!).
