I am pro-life, but pro-choice under certain circumstances. I believe that abortion should be an option under cases of rape, incest, if the baby's birth is a danger to the mother's health (cases like this are rare if they happen at all), if the baby is severely deformed, and/or if the baby has a severe mental illness. (Although, I think the last two cases should be put into a gray area until we can screen more accurately for them.) I also think that they should set a limit of the amount of time that these woman have to get an abortion; partial-birth abortion is definitely murder.

I am Pro Choice .I don't believe in abortion but will not make that decision for someone else.
Partial Birth abortion is absolute murder. It is a horrible horrible way of ending a baby's life. My understanding on partial birth abortion is this.. Proper name is Intact Dilation and Extraction and it takes place during the 3rd trimester.
They literally stick a needle into the infants brain to Euthanize the infant then they either induce labor or they just go in with forcep like instrument and start pulling body parts out of the womb.

Prochoice, I am. I personally don't believe any abortion is murder. Just the way I am. Pregnancy termination can occur naturally at any portion of the carriage. Granted it, it's more difficult to handle after a certain point...but preempting the matter by legally medical means does not constitute murder in my eyes. But then I am a supporter of euthanasia aswell.
It's not that I am antireligious, I just feel that once a secret of medicine and rights have been discovered, there is no way to back up in time without someone contrinuing the old practices. Would you vote to reinact slavery, it's cost effective to not pay a person any wages for their efforts. It's the same debate. No one man, country or civilization can go backwards in medical advances.
My statement stays the same. If you do not wish one, do not have one.

I do believe it is murder, but yet I am not opposed to it.
This is because there is alot more to raising a child than giving birth. Can one provide for a child? Is the child a burden on the mother's life? Was it trully a mistake?
I will not pretend to know what is good for all women. I also know the right answer at times is not the easiest.
I also acknowledge that if abortions were made illegal, women would force themselves to have abortions (wait, you mean people break laws?). I would rather have a medical team perform this operation rather than a woman go through it alone.

Actually, yes and no.
Yes because it's a innocent life and people who have sex and get pregnant (like teens) should never have done it in the first place. They KNOW protection isn't 100% accurate, and yet they still do it, afterwards the girls abort. Especially teens, I see it at my school ALL the time.
No because a women is raising the kid inside of her, and it's HER body. SHE can do whatever she wants, and plus some say a baby isn't considered true life till they come out of the mother's womb. And if someone can't raise a kid, at least they aborted the child without any pain (I beleive) instead of the kids turning to live on the streets and their future goes to the wrong path.
I AM confused about abortian, sometimes I think it's good, sometimes I don't. So maybe one day I'll just make a full decision.

If and that is a big IF the child is a product of incest or rape I can maybe understand an abortion immediately not in the third trimester. If the pregnancy is because of laziness, mistake?, etc. Carry the child to term there are plenty of people who want to adopt. And if you think It is an inconvenience just think what the abortion would be to the child.

I am totally pro-choice, except for partial birth abortion. Just the sound of it suggests cruelty, and sounds disgusting. I didn't follow your link, because if it is a picture, or video, I don't want to see it. I think it is a little morbid. I don't agree with abortion used for birth control, but I don't think I should get to say what happens to anyone else's body.

Yes, that's after the fetus can feel pain, so that's why it's not used unless absolutely necessary - by then you've had plenty of opportunity to decide whether or not you want the kid. The women who have partial-birth abortions are those who would die if they had to deliver the kid. And I condsider a grown woman's life much more valuable than a potential baby's. Why don't you?

Yes it is murder and what makes it the worse kind of murder is the fact that those being murdered cannot defend themselves at all. It is not a choice it is a child.

It is a shame that a helpless baby must die so two animals can have a few minutes of pleasure. They are less than animals. At least animals protect their young. Not to mention there is so many options from the very start.Birth control -adoption.
