Yes. I sense trouble on both their parts.
They bare watching. I can see why you would be concerned but there is little you can do about it.
If your brother knows all this, stay out of the fray or your brother could get mad at you too. By hounding your brother, you could make things worse for everybody.
Just let him know what you saw and leave it at that. Don't get into it.
I'm just looking out for you.

Yeah! That's definitely a problem that he needs to address to his friend and girlfriend so they will know where he stands with the unspoke affection. Before things get out of control it's best that your brother be clear about how he feels about his girlfriend and male friend being close enough to kiss on the cheek. If they say it's not big deal, tell him to flip the scenario and ask how they both would feel if he kissed his best friends girl on the cheeks in front of him and how his girlfriend would feel if her friend did that to her. I bet the story would change then! Tell him good luck!
