Well, in a scale of 1 to 10 (10 as highest), I give your Deck a 5.
You've got some nice cards, like Kuriboh10 and Gearfried. But I was expecting some card combos in your Deck. Try to get more cards in which you can utilize their effects into nasty combos.
My favorite card combo in my Deck:
Bad Reaction To Simochi + Eye of Truth + Dark Room of Nightmare + Rain of Mercy (+ opponent's Solemn Wishes)

It's a really bad deck. There really isn't any flow to the deck, no theme or combo that is the main goal of the deck. You have some decent cards, definitely, but you aren't giving them a good home.
For example, you have the winged kuribohs and gearfried cards. Usually a good deck would focus on one or the other, but here you have two. You are going to be in a lot of losing situations unless you are playing against people with worse decks.
Start with the monsters, pick more of the lower levelled (4 or less) monsters and work from there.
