That is so incorrect. I am a professinal dancer and I have done the heel-toe in several of my dances. You do the heel-toe by alternating the left and the right foot with your heel and toes. This is something you can't explain, you just have to know how to dance.

It's definitely something you can't exlplain well over the internet. But whoever was giving directions about clapping, ignore that post, lol. The heel toe's got nothing to do with hands! Just heels and toes, lol.

Try looking it up on YouTube. I ran a quick search and most of the videos suck, but you can get the basic idea of it.

Put one foot in front of the other. Turn the foot on top out all the way that it should be in the back. Then you do the repeat with the next foot. After you get the basics, add your own style to it!

it's kinda hard to explain but you have to but basically, pivot on the right heel, hop pivot on the left heel but the trick is to do it fast so it looks smooth..When I say hop I mean a little jump on the whichever foot you're using..and pivot..I mean slide

OOOHHH i think i know this one. (this is the one i learned)

{left foot men, right foot women}
foot in (heel) foot back (toe) x2., slide, slide, slide. (persons left)
same action, except right.
right hand clap x2, left hand clap x2, both hand clap x2, lap clap x2.
