After dad got heart problems we all changed our eating habits. The nutritionist that helped us get into a low fat low salt diet kept saying that Big Macs and Whoppers are good ...FOR NOTHING!!!!!!

I work there and I have to say that I prefer the double cheese burgers over the Big Macs. I'm not fond of the Mac sauce and it is too much bread. My husband loves the Big Mac. When I was pregnant with my son I craved the cheeseburgers there.

If you're already going to eat at one of the most unhealthy places you can possibly eat, you might as well go all out! Get a Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese! The Big Mac's are just alot of bread and lettuce, with a couple of tiny slivers of meat, drowned in Thousand Island Dressing.......

massive Macs were shrinking right here in Australia for a lengthy time period now. I had one very last week and it replaced into pathetically small. i wager if we complained they'd basically say they are searching after our health with the help of lowering the fat and salt content cloth. possibly they'd nicely be renamed a weight help application Mac.

They are totally different than a cheeseburger. They have reconstituted onions, a pickle, cheese, and lettuce on them. They come on a triple seeded bun. The sause is Thousand Island dressing. You can make these at your home much cheaper. At least at home you can try them first. Reconstituted onions are dried onions they put in a pan with cold water and let them sit to soften up. You can buy these at any store in the seasonings isle.

too much mayo. Ask for light mayo (and they still won't comply). There is probably like 3 lbs of mayo so the parts all move around. Not a travel food if you still eat at McDonald's.

NOTHING from McDonald's is good; it doesn't even qualify as food fit for human consumption, unless, of course, you are not used to anything better than that. Go home and cook your own burger, it's not difficult and will be MUCH better, and better for you as well.
