If you are talking about cursive penmanship, that is just a matter of practice and writing slower. If you are talking about content of writing, there are great resources online. Go to University of NC Chapel Hill Writing Handouts page. It is excellent.

u should like practice writing slowly,and when u get used to writing nicely, then u can write a little faster still trying to maintain the neatness.

This is too difficult to answer without understanding what you feel is bad about your writing (or what your teachers say). First off, I would stop abbreviating and capitalize correctly.

Practice 'FREEWRITING" WHICH SIMPLY MEANS JUST WRITE WHATEVER COMES TO MIND WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT PUNCTUATION, SPELLING, GRAMMAR, ETC. YOU CAN DO THAT LATER. THE GOAL HERE IS TO WRITE YOUR THOUGHTS. PRACTICE EVERYDAY
