I'm pregnant but bleeding, what's happening?

I'm four weeks pregnant, and i have had real bad stomach pains this morning then i started bleeding very heavly, the bleeding is not too bad now but i am still bleeding quite a lot. i'm only 19 yr's old, and i live on my own with no family so i don't know where to turn?please help me, whats happening to my baby and me?Is my baby going to die?

Thanks for all your help, i cant get to the hospital at the mo as i live really far away, but ill go 1st thing in the morning, im scared and upset.Is is there n e thing i can do 4 now?

u have family on here. i've seen enough love
to be able to say that. there are some black sheep but
even they are kind of amusing sometimes.
i think u need to see a gp asap.
i have been thru this with my ex. it hurts a lot.
i remember, i think i cried.
there is so little u can do but u have to believe, as i do that
sometimes things just happen like that and u have to accept that
maybe it just wasn't meant to be this time.

i have a daughter who is just a few years younger than u.
my ex had no family at all.
i could not sympathise more.
it may not be as bad as one might fear but better to prepare
urself 4 the worst then the only way is up.
u may require a d&c. it is relatively straightforward
but u must see the gp in case there is damage happening
that may affect u subsequently.

I've heard of this happening and that it was normal. But it happened to me and it was not. I miss carried. Well first of all you are having pain and since it is your first pregnancy it isn't uncommon to miscarry. So to be on the safer side of things go see a Doctor ASAP! Another thing I don't mean to scare you but it could be an ectopic pregnancy meaning the embryo, fetus, or baby may be growing in the wrong place. Get to a doctor asap, you could be miscarrying.
Since you can't get to a doctor right now, make sure to relax panicing only makes things worse, all drink alot of water. Since you are losing blood it's important to make sure you help make more by drinking water, juice and eating.

Sweetie, you really need to go to the doctor. You should not be bleeding at all while you are pregnant. It's sounds like you are trying to misscarry. Please go to the doctor. I wish the best for you.

you might of had a miscarriage...To be on the safe side call the doctor and tell them what's going on so they can help you...This could be life threating for you and the baby...PLEASE CALL YOUR DOCTOR!! Especially if you really love your self and your baby.

sometimes when the embyo (the fertilised egg) digs into the uterus it can cause bleeding but it sounds like your case has more to it. i would go see a doctor.
