I have two children a four year old girl and a two year old boy. My daughter is in school and my son has asthma really bad. I don't know what kind of jobs that are avalible to someone in my situation. I have no family and limited friend that are close enough to help me. Who will pick my daughter up from school at at 2:40pm while i'm at work who will care for my son and his condition. I need some advise please help.

I am not sure about where you are, but here in Florida, most charities will have a list of other charities that help in MANY ways, including getting a job. Social Services and DCF (wellfare) also have these lists, but the charities keep you out of thie SS/DCF politics, and are a lot quicker. We have many agencies that provide help with kids, gas, education, even clothes for interviews. Call some place that gives free food or clothes, even if the only place you find isn't a place that will help you, just ask if they have a list of places that do help, get the list, look for job training, or help getting a job and call them. We also have Vocational Rehabilitation here. Find out if you have that in your area. They cover everything needed to get a job, and can even help you start a business.

You could care for other children in your home. Different states have diff licencing requirements.
