I have purchased some perfumes on October 4th from Canada to USA, using Paypal for payment. The web site is www.windaz.com I have sent many enquiries to the company with no answer after more than 70 days. What should I to get my perfumes delivered to Canada?

Call them. And send an email to Paypal

sounds like you've been fleeced... no communication after 70 days is pretty good indication of that. talk to paypal to see if it was a purchase that they "insure".
There is a slight possibility that it is stuck in customs... but they would respond and answer calls if they weren't givin you the brush off.

I think you have to file a dispute with paypal reporting that you never receive the items so that they will return your money
i think you got scammed by online store
