i'm really thin and i eat everything but i don't gain weight and i'm not on my period my breats are still growing but i'm a 30A cup. how come i'm not gainin weight. i'm 5''4 and 103lbs, i have really big thighs.

Hi, I have the same problem as you. OMG so so frustrating. People call you anerix and all this junk!! I am consuming 3,000 calories a day (and not puking them guys!!) and am 5'4" and 93lbs. 14 here, I want to weight 120 SO SO SO bad.

Are you that weight because you have a fast metabolism? If this is the case, sitting around and eating junk food won't help because your body will burn the calories faster then you can eat them. A week ago i was 80 pounds...i had been trying that junkfood thing for three months. I finally decided to screw it and started exercising. By exercising i mean just walking around every day...talking a walk around the block a couple of times. Just something to keep my body moving. And it made me incredibly hungry. I just weighed myself and i am now 86 pounds :) Btw I'm 20 and gaining weight has been close to impossible for me. But honestly at your height, your weight is fine. You are petite and cute! If your metabolism isn't the reason you are having trouble gaining weight, then try the junkfood method.

you are still young and active. you still have a high metabolism so you burn through more calories. if you cant gain weight through food them you shoudl start weigth traingin and put on muscle. your thighs may be big beacuse out bodies seem to liek to deposit fat in certain areas. im 19 and my fat goes to my stomach area. other people it could be their breasts, butts or thighs. plus it depends what yoru eating too. if you are just eating a bunch of junk food and trying to gain weight liek chips and ice cream and candy that wont help you any. try more of pastas and fish, healthier food and more of it. but dont eat tot he poin where tou feel liek your going to pop. you are still growing and have a fast metabolism. dont worry abotu your cup size either. that doesnt have anything to do with all of this.

but try out more healthier foos, liek carbs, and if you dont see results in a few months. like 3 or 4 or more even. then try strength training (lifting weight) but you should be worried about your weight anyways! your still a child


your metabolism does slow down as you age. in my college psyc class i learned form my age now (19) if i eat the same way and i am active in the same way. in 10 years i will be alot heavier than what i weigh now. and men dont have this problem! dont knwo why! lol sucks to be a woman huh!

Well im pretty much in the same situation but im 13 and uh 30A thirthy is pretty big.

You just have a high metabolism. I did too, but as I aged, it slowed down. Just keep eating a healthy diet, get plenty of exercise & relax!
