very easy !
all you do is add 6 +2 & you get 8
& then add 5 +3 & you get 8 again
so 8 & 8 which has a decimal you put 8.8 cause you got 8 both times!
easy aint it.

The question is : What is 2.3+6.5=? They did not ask for an answer to the problem they asked what it is.
Obviously it is an addition of fractions math problem.
This area is for word play not math. hehehehhe

Look,add the numbers before the point:2+6=8
Now add the numbers after the decimal point:.3+.5=.8
Answer is 8.8
If the numbers after the decimal add up to 10 or more its carried over to and added to the number before the decimal point.
Example: .5+.6=1.1 got it?
