What you or I accept as truth might be different from what the popular media is reporting today. Everyone's perception is slightly different.

Reality is a construct; a way that the brain tries to make sense of the physical world. One's concept of reality is based on perception, on interpretation of the "facts" and on sensory information.

I define reality as:

"The word used to describe a series of IMAGES and IDEAS in the human mind that indicates his/her:
(1) position in the physical world,
(2) sensorial perception (light, temperature, moisture), and
(3) position within society, family and sentimental relationships.

Also it includes ideas and mental images of the individual's own physical attractiveness and personality classification according to societal standards.

The individual accepts these ideas and images as REAL, that is, as being true for everyone else or perceived in the same manner through the senses.

However, since this images and ideas form from judgements (which are affected by education, missinformation and the factors that affect the normal learning process such as intense emotional experiences) they are in fact subjective, so it can be said that reality is not ONE. Each individual's reality is slightly (or greatly) different from another's".

I know it's very wordy and complicated, but I am an analytical person.

A circumstance, or situation. It is...what it is.
I don't understand why most people
always pair reality with bad.
I live in a decent home with a nice yard
in a patch of woods. That's my good reality.
I have to mow the grass around that home,
worry about trees falling during ice storms, and pay taxes just because I own it. That's my bad reality.

Blessings... God, is Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent, A Spirit and Eternal. Life, is your choice either you succeed or you fail. you have to put the puzzle together, Intelligence; A state of increased awareness , that allow us to perceive the World around us , in a more inclusive manner. Good, knowing right from wrong, or the opposite of bad. Evil , greed , jealousy, bad intentions, over power, or controlling. Spiritual. Within us , individual orientated -concept .

everything is an illusion......Including this answer......I Think, therefore I am, I sleep, therefore I dream. Dreams are visions of the truth, images of what we really are: Spirits in the material world. As a spirit, there is no firm ground to walk on, only wall to break through. Will your finite mind break down what I am whispering? No one will ever know, because reality is not real. Or is it?

The things in life that happen no matter how much you wish they wouldn't. Something everyone experiences constantly with no control over. Generally considered the bad and sucky things to be experienced in life.

Distraction of truth. We are the same as the things around us. No matter what happens in your life it really doesn't matter. WE DONT EXIST..only when you can realize these things and you have dismantled your way of thinking can you really exist. Life truely is just a distraction.
