Absoultely! A person is who is twenty-two has in reality just begun their life. They have just begun to see the light of life and have many things to learn and do over the course of their lifetimes. I think if the man was 102 then he would be very old and ancient but a person who is twenty-two has just began the best gift their ever is life.
