I have a thing in school where a bunch of teams dance to music. For my song I want to combine about three songs to make one. Is there any software available to do this on macs.

Wow, two people out of three recommend Windows-only software for Macs. :P

Audacity is indeed available for OS X. Another good (but expensive) program is Ableton Live. Many DJs use it for their live sets (no pun intended).

Like Chronon, i have from time to time had a 'lyric merge' from 2 songs. I also from time to time locate myself making small modifications to cutting-edge lyrics ~ I had one a pair of years in the past for free's 'all on the instantaneous'. What I usually do in my concepts is take the intro from one music, and positioned it on the initiating of yet another. at the same time as i'm listening to my CDs i will from time to time let it play the initiating of one, and then with out delay bypass to the different music. to illustrate :~ The piano intro to Evanescence's 'Lithium' on the initiating of 'call Me once you're Sober'. I also attempt this, yet in my concepts replace which device is playing :~ Blackmore's nighttime {stay}: there's a violin intro to 'Morning favourite individual'. I upload that to the initiating of 'sixteenth Century Greensleeves', yet replace it to both a flute solo, or a mixture of both.
