Sit next to him and ' surf the net ' together. Go to so cool sites of interest. Sexy, travel, victoria secrets, the best massage oils . . . get creative. Or just sit in the same room with him, make your self comfortable, pretend to be reading something, every now and then make a certain 'sound ' that will draw him to look over at you...don't make eye contact with him...keep you eye on your 'reading' while you're moving your hand over (fill in the blank) . . . that and...Oh, you might possibly try . . . COMMUNICATION. Respectful, clear, valuing conversation about your feelings on this matter . . .Set some 'ground rules'.. Business's so this, why not relataionships ?

Put a hot picture of yourself on his computer with a note or something. Make it game or a scavenger hunt, something to tease him intellectually. Or dress up as a video game character.

When he's sleep
take a picture of yourself in a nice outfit or naked
( im 13 so i dont know what im talkin a bout )
and then he'll realize that women are better then anything in the world well other than food
