If this is really a serious question, the best answer is that heterosexual males have recognition neurons in the temporal association cortex of the brain that go nuts when we see a female. There are many subtle things about a female that our association cortex automatically picks up, but boobs have to be one of the most obvious. The bottom line is that evolution favors males that like females and certain distinguishing "features" make certain parts of our brain a lot more active.

Because 1, boys don't have them. 2, boys are curious to see how it feels. 3, from what most people say, boobs are soft, and fun to play with. 4, boobs are part of the female sex organ system. 5, boys are natural perverts because of puberty.

Since it is in the biology section, I shall give my opinion based on that.
Male specific part of the body (testes) produces the hormone testosterone. With the production of this hormone, men are easily "seduced" by such phenomenom. Since hormone are unlike nerve impulses that comes and goes quickly, it stays in the body for some time.
However, if you castrate a man, the guy is very very unlikely to go after female boobs anymore. The loss of testosterone would "prevent" the man going after the boobs.
BTW I am a man and I love them. :D

Not just boys.....men like boobs too! So soft and nice to play with...not anything like hands or other parts of the body (well at least not 'till the woman gets old....then maybe they aren't quite so soft to touch......lol)

They feel more comfortable starting with boobs before moving on to other wonderful areas. Plus they might not get slapped as hard if they started with the boobs first.

Because boys dont have boobs and they dont often see boobs in real life so theres a natural anxiety to see them and touch them.

Actually, the real reason why males love female boobs is the fact that we are animals. As males see female boobs, the first thing they think is "Wow, that woman has plenty of milk to feed plenty of offspring so therefore I shall pick this woman to have my offspring."
Just like how Dwight from The Office puts it: "My dream woman is someone who has incredibly large breasts...not for me, but for my children."
It's just our animal instincts, folks.

It's our American or western European psychology. In other parts of the world women don't cover their breasts, and no one stops to stare at them. We have been taught to cover our so called private parts, and the idea of them becomes surreal to the point people want to see the breasts because they're hidden. People always want what they can't have.
