I agree ...
go with a natural and neutral tone.
but go with a dark brown or black shade of mascara & a peachy shade of blush.

I would do a shimmery but subtle beige eyeshadow- with bright white under your brow bone as a highlight, and a little smudged darker beige or brown shadow or eyeliner on your upper and lower lids (for a smoky eye look.) Next, curl your eyelashes and apply a few quotes of brown or black mascara. I would also wear a red lip stain or sheer gloss to bring out your blonde hair and accentuate the red dress!

You are very naturally pretty so I definitely don't think you need much but I think this look would be really pretty and make you stand out.

A look like this would be gorgeous but not too over-the-top:

i have the same dress!!! i wore it to a wedding this summer so i had a dark tan and i used natural goldish brown eyeshadow with black eyeliner and black mascara but since its december now and your skin is light i would go for simple just the black eyeliner and mascara mabye like a light brown eyeshadow if that.

if you wear gold jewlery with it a light golden eyeshadow would look awesome and some bright red heels. you could probably pull off the bright red lips too.

if you do natural long wavy curls with your hair i think it would look gorgeous

i wouldnt go for any glittery makeup only because i know that dress has a lot of sparkle and it would be too much on your skin also its a hot dress you want it to stand out from your makeup not blend and you want your makeup to standout from your dress

If that is you in the picture, I would consider under-eye concealer, maybe some light pink creme blush (Revlon is amazing), eyeshadow stick from origins in stellar, and either brown eyeliner, or for a nice addition some liquid glitter liner. Add a pretty, NATURAL colored lip gloss, and it should look really good on you. :D good luck.

PS. Add in some Maybelline Mascara in blackest black.
Did you know that Maybelline invented the first Mascara? They have had the most experience with it, ever since it was just coal and Vaseline. Theirs is best.

With a clear lip gloss and a little blush, you will look beautiful and natural. Black eyeliner and mascara will make your eyes pop. You have fair skin and the dress is bright, so steer away from eye-shadows / colors.

wow, is that u? ur pretty! ok... so, i don't think that your makeup should have to match your dress, just go with what compliments and makes your eyes pop. if u have blue eyes, use brown eyeliner. if u have brown eyes, use purple. if u have green, use brown, purple, or black(not to heavy). when u use your mascara, do one coat, let dry, and do one more, try not to clump. avoid eyeshadow, or use a nude brown or silver, or go with your eye color. hope i helped! good luck!=)

I think you should use shimmery peachy pearl colors on your eyes and a light red tint or gloss.
