Never quit. Always accept life challenges, regardless of what it is. If you haven't yet, talk to your coach and ask what you can do to improve your bball playing. Work your best/hardest at practice and always display a + attitude even when your on the bench. Also, practice as much as possible and be open minded. Be encouraged, you still have a lot of years of b-ball ahead of you.

don't quit. You're only in 7th grade and if you like basketball and enjoy playing this is just the beginning. You always have next year to think of. If the coach truly doesn't like you then next year chances are you will have a different coach. You can never practice hard enough. I was a bench player to start my senior year, but after I had a few outstanding practices I got a lot more minutes and eventually cracked the starting line-up.

No. Don't quit, just have a talk with the coach. Ask your parents to maybe discuss your playing time with the coach. If your coach is that obsessed with winning and playing the best players, then they shouldn't be coaching a seventh grade team. Don't worry, just try to talk about it with your parents and coach, and it should be fine. Good Luck!!! p.s. Hope your team improves from 2-8. lol

im a senior in highschool and when i was younger i had the same problem. I don't know why you play but i play for the pure reason that i love to play. Your only in seventh grade in two yrs youll have a new coach. Also if you work indvidually by yourself youll get better trust me and then they will be crazy to not play you. Just practice hard and dont let a bad coach ruin the game for you.

I had the same problem with football. Here is what I did. I constantly tried my best to improve myself. I gave a extra 100% in everything that I did. I made sure that in practice that the coach noticed me. I got so good that I started. It could be that your coach is already set on his or her ways. You just got to prove to him or her that you can do better and that what she or he is doing is not working. But do not tell them this. Coaches hate to be told what to do. Just try to prove that you are better than the other girls

I had the same problem, trust me I had the same problem. What I did was work on my game work on my game, do the things my coach wanted in a player, and avoid the things he didn't like to see.

Make sure you practice at home. Ask your coach what will it take for me to play. TAKE ACTION

The best thing to do is pray. Prayer really helps.

I HOPE THE BEST FOR YOU

GOD BLESS
