The Rocky Soundrack has several songs that pump me up, but only for running and working out. When it comes to basketball and other sports, I prefer to listen to music that has a fast beat which I enjoy listening to, and the music has to mean something to me. I can get pumped up by listening to anything from Rascal Flatts to some good Simple Plan songs, or anything as long as its something that I like.

Yes I recommend you some trance music like Paul Van Dyck, you wake up very pumped up ready for anything during the day. I do it and give me good results.
