Actually, when you tweeze your brows and they bleed, that means you damaged the papilla, which is the "root" and thats a good thing. The next time the hair grows from that particular shaft, it will be sparser and "less healthy".
Eventually, with enough damage, it will stop growing from that spot altogether.
Hair grows in 3 different stages...(antigen, catagen, and telligen).
You happened to tweeze it at the right time.
It sometimes happens while waxing too.
No Worries... It's OK.

Professional salons have products that will help reduce this bleeding. They have oils that help reduce inflammation, and cooling lotions to soothe the skin. Try getting your eyebrows waxed professionally once to see what they recommend :) Maybe you can buy a product that will decrease the bleeding.

Mine don't, maybe you should steam your face before you start plucking just as they say you should do before you shave your legs.

No....try doing it right after your shower, as the steam opens your pores and your skin will be a little more receptive.

mine has never bled, so maybe yours are just sensitive, wipe a little lotion over them before you pluck

Mine don't, but that doesn't mean that yours can't bleed. It makes me think you have VERY sensitive skin.
