can I let my access point to share the internet connection to the other users without using router and just using the ADSL modem and Access point...please help me!!!

In order to connect more than one computer to a dsl or cable modem, you often have to use a router to share the 1 ip address that you are offered. Some ISP's will allow you to get more than 1 ip address for a price per month. If you are using a wireless access point it may only allow one connection at a time. I would say to try and see if it will allow more then one connection to connect at a time.

If it is wireless, they should be able to access the router by just being in range. If it is a wired router then if it has some open CAT5 ports (look like big telephone receptacles), you have to run a wire (cat5 cable) from the modem to their computers.
