Wear underwear that more constricting(briefs as opposed to boxers or nothing) to prevent the penis from flipping & flapping all around. Use a penile shaft to help correct, sort of like a brace. Use a c0ckring to also help.

Paraphimosis is a medical emergency that needs rapid resolution to avoid permanent damage to the glans (penis head).

You need to tightly squeeze the glans with the fingers of one hand to expel as much blood as possible and then use the other hand to ease the foreskin back into the glans.

If this cannot be done within 5-10minutes then you MUST treat it as an emergency and go to the ER as quickly as possible.

One bout of Paraphimosis will inevitably lead to further bouts and so you should then consider getting circumcised to remove the errant foreskin that is the cause of the problem.
