is it me or is everyone the judge,jury, and jailer nowdays so what if your innocent .?

seems justice is blinded by the mobs

Yes, it sure does appear that way. That's democracy for ya. (BTW, this country was not founded as a democracy but as a republic, look it up!)

No, it really isn't blinded at all. However, access to basic information is very easy to get. If you are found innocent by the court (whether or not you have a jury trial) and you have problems after that, then you can pursue a civil action.... It's pretty simple. Civil actions are primarily for the recovery of damages.
