No they wouldn't. They would be more closely related than most cousins, but it is not likely they would be identical.

unlikely as there would be no genetic equilibrium. With one set there might be more genetics causing the looks to be mostly the mother but it could be exactly the opposite with the other couple. Each pregnancy has a different level of which genetics are going to show dominantly in the child. Though the chances for health problems and mental complications would most likely be the same as that's based on family history. Even the personalitys would be different if you eliminated all the things in life that help create it and focused primarily on the traces that came from the parents. It is an interesting thought though.

Apparently, this actually happened on our street. Twin men married twin women. They wanted to build identical houses next to each other. However, the builder wouldn't do it, so the houses are down the street and around the corners from each other. I haven't seen the kids though.
