I was interviewing for a teaching job. The principal came in and watched me teach for 1 hour. He did not do this with the other people he interviewed and I did not get the job. Was it legal to watch me teach and not the other people?

It all depends on what criteria he was using to preform the interview.
Every interviewer uses different techniques and sometimes they may not be consistent and use them for everyone.
Maybe you should consult an attorney and ask for legal advice on this issue.

Well no...How did you know he did not watch anyone else. May he did at different times...maybe he thought you had potential and you failed to meet his need...maybe.......just keep trying!
