I have no proff available for this but there are a lot of people who believe that the government traffics cocain and other drugs to fund black programs that require large amounts of money that must be kept off the balance sheets. Makes sense honestly. EDIT: @ LES S "Because the "War on Drugs" is a code phrase for "War on Minorities" - Lol, if youve ever lived in bad neighborhoods you will know why blacks are jailed more often, and its not a conspiracy they really are the ones using the most drugs and killing the most innocents. Its a side affect of poverty in densly populated areas and blacks tend to like to live there Just like the "War on Terror" is a code phrase for "War on Muslims" - Untill another race starts commiting acts of terror, its not our fault. Also, the gitmo detainees just released were asian terrorists, and we jailed them. So your point is invalid. and... the "War on Immigration" is a code phrase for "War on Mexicans" - Mexicans are the single largest drain on our economy right before drugs. Also they supply the drugs by coming over our unprotected border.
