Light the adjective and light the energy are two different things. Dark doesn't have a speed because it's not an energy, in fact, it's the abscence of energy, just like cold is the opposite (or lack) of heat.

there is no speed of dark. darkness doens't travel, it's originaly there, so light is the one you measure, not darkness.
