My plan is 25 c a minute yeah i know its rip off but i only use it for emergencies do i need to set up an email account or something and if so will i get billed for it?

Do you have text/multimedia messages?
If so, you can take the picture on your phone, then press the menu button while viewing the picture. You should have an option that says "Send as message.." You can then type in an email address that you wish to send the picture to.
I have a Cingular phone and this is how I send pictures, hopefully it works for you!

Just go to your text message and send a multimedia message and like attacht the picture you want to send, then when it askes where you want to send it choose email address and send away.

you take the picture then hit send---->send e-mail---->enter e-mail adress----> then your done.
