Will it be called cheating if you have an ex husband that comes for the holidays to spend some time with his son (whom is in your care), and the three of you go out together?

Well the divorce was when the son was 5 months old, only seen his father at the age of 2 and now he's 5, so it's kind of awkward for the kid to be only with the dad and without mum. New husband's a jealous type, even just the sight of the son makes him see the dad and that makes the step-dad - step-son relationship never worked.

No, this Is not cheating, this Is a healthy relationship for your son to see that even though mom and dad are no longer together we as a family can still have a nice time together.

I personally want to thank you for keeping a good relationship with your ex. I am In a relationship and my fiance's ex wife makes my life so complicated because she won't let go of what she don't have anymore. I feel so bad for the children that are caught up In this horrible situation.

Cheating is when you do something with the sole intent of deceiving or manipulating things for selfish gain. If your husband is aware of the fact that you are accompanying your ex-husband during his visitation, then it's not cheating. But if you are spending time with your ex and simply using visitation as an excuse... then you're cheating because you're not being honest with your husband.

A lot depends on what you guys say and do when you hang out. are the communications inviting to sexual culmination? If so, it may be cheating even if you guys don't end up having sex.

Then again, if both you and your ex are not married to/seeing some one else, whose beeswax is it anyway?

It is according if either one of you are married again... and if the spouse is left behind. remember it didn't work the first time and it isn't worth loosing someone over an ex.. send your son out with his dad... Because your kid probabaly needs this time with his dad...also that would be confusing the kid into thinking that mom and dad are getting back together... Remember your quote.(ex husband that comes for the holidays to (((SPEND TIME WITH HIS SON)))). I really think that you would be takeing up some precious time of your sons that he could be spending time with his dad...

Not really. If it's casual, then it won't be cheating. IF you two will flirt and make passes at each other or kiss or more then, yes, it'll be cheating.

Why can't the new hubby come along is their something to hide. Why can't you only let the child go with his dad only unless he wants to see you to. Cheating can mean whatever you think . people have different views on cheating. If you think no then go if you feel funny then its yes go with you gut feeling.

You don't say if your married or he is married.
But lets say you both are married to other people.
As long as your going out is related to the son and not a romantic thing I see no problem with it.

Its only cheating if either of you have remarried. If not, have a good time with your son with his father. Its best to stay a close knit family regardless of the situation b/w you two.

although you are divorced that does not mean you have to hate each other its good that for your child's sake you remain friends you may not have made it as a couple but you got something good out of it and that's your child.so i so no, its not cheating.

no its not cheating if your not hiding it but if you are in a relationship with some one who is not attending with you but has an issue with you doing it then you should respect your b/f and NOT attend either. put yourself on the other side of the fence and see how you would feel.
