Make it similar to what you had on when he asked for a date. Nothing worse than asking a girl on a date on the night and then you turn up and she is a totally different taste than when you first saw her

Your nice jeans with a pair of healed boots, and a button up top. Apair of small earrings would look nice too. Dont put on too much makeup, but a little never hurts. Good luck and have fun!

Warm Jeans and a two tops one long one and the other like a tank top. Under the long one of course......and wear some boots or something.....And a coat

what about some really cute jeans and maybe a fun and flirty v-neck sweater if you have one. light make-up if any. and go for side sweep bangs and a pony tial. sounds perfect for a movie to me.
