Most brown-haired wives do cheat. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but I do know of a brown-haired married woman who is having an affair. I think it might be your wife.

Brown hair. That's a clue right there. If her hair were an unusual color it would be much easier to catch here wouldn't it? You might suggest she dye her hair bright pink so she is more easily spotted. Additionally, hair left at the scene of the crime will be more easily traced to her. Hope that helps.
